Accessibility Checker WCAG is an informational service. By using it you accept these terms.

Nature of the results

Reports are produced automatically by axe-core rules and cover only part of the WCAG success criteria. They are not a conformity assessment, audit, certificate or legal advice under the European Accessibility Act, national laws such as the BFSG, the ADA or any other law. A report with no violations does not mean a site is accessible or compliant.

Acceptable use

Only scan websites you own, manage, or are allowed to test. Do not use the service to load-test, crawl or attack websites, or to reach private networks. Scans are rate-limited and capped at 5 pages; we may block abusive use.

No warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of availability or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report or for indirect damages.

Open-source software

Scans use axe-core by Deque Systems (MPL-2.0) and Chromium. These projects are not affiliated with this service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
